Herc’s Nutrition Warehouse in Welland, Ontario is owned and operated by Mark Mammarella. Mark has a bachelor degree in physical education – kinesiology from Brock University, and worked with Herc’s for 4 years before taking over as new owner of the Welland location in July 2005. For over 15 years now, Mark Mammarella has built up a sound knowledge of nutrition, physical training, muscular development and dietary supplements. He has been training for 15 years and has competed in 5 natural bodybuilding competitions with a Top 3 finish every time he’s stepped onstage. He looks forward to helping anyone achieve their goals whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, fitness or general healthy eating and a healthier lifestyle.
